Colors of Autumn

Hi,

i am looking for an autumn color scheme and trying to limited the palette to 3 colors excluding white and black ie total of 5 colors.

Was thinking of use vallejo colors (not game colors) for the scheme. Does anyone have any reference sites for an autumn color scheme or can suggest some nice ones.

I did think of using browns/reddish browns and green.

Limiting yourself to three colours (Mixes not included ) for an Autumnal scheme is really tying you hands together.
You\'ll need a red brown, Golden brown & a yellow-green brown minimum. Personally I would suggest that if you\'re just looking for a camo scheme you might want to look at Foundry\'s paints they come in preselected palettes with a Shade Middle & Light.

In my color theroy article I explained you can add the contrasting color, brown or grey to make neutral colors. This is an example of the things you can get, and it seems fall-like:

off topic, but on something...

As the trees change in their splended glory here in the midwest, it is kind of odd.

I mean, If someone tried to use the colors of bright green, yellow, brown, and blaze orange, all on one mini, It would look gaudy and goofy.

But, on some of the trees in my neighborhood, those same colors look downright stunning.

It is no wonder that Autumn is my favorite time of year.
