Colour Choice

Painting a Marauder atm and want to give the skin a slightly earthly feel. If I am starting with dwarf flash, which colours should i add for the shadows and highlights and which colours for glazing?

dwarf flesh is IMO to redish... Start with a mix of khaki + Graveyard Earth highlight up to b.bone, shade with G.Earth

For more healthy look You can add little bit of snakebite leather to khaki for a basecoat

basically to get a certain type of feel use them types of colours so like dark browns etc for the shading and creams like bleached bone, komando khaki etc for the highlights

i would start with a base of bestial brown them workup the flesh tones to shade, i am old school and still use inks thined down
