well, as look would have it i didn\'t need a new camera. i just need to learn to change the batteries, bloody technology.

any way, i have managed to get a multi view of the predator of blood done.
i have found this model realy hard to photograph and certain parts like the loin cloth still aren\'t coming out that well.

also is a fianna which i did in between jobs, trying out a new idea for skin and blonde hair.

OK, I read that title as \"communism wanted\"... and I have to say I was intrigued...

Great stuff. On the wolfen mini, the only thing I would say is to put a TINY bit of color around the edge of the eye. Flesh tone or some such. It would set the eyes apart form the rest a bit more.

My criticism would be... stick to Wolfen... Your wolfen is a solid 9 in my books and your fianna is a solid 7. It would seem that you have the same trouble that I had when it comes to painting smaller models. I am slowly getting over that. I recently got my first 8+ with a man sized model. All of the 8+ minis previous were ogre sized.

Either way... Your wolfen looks absolutely fantastic and your fianna is decent.

two artists

these two minis are so different in style i\'d say they weren\'t done by the same person.
the wolfen is fantastic all the separate parts of the model are clarified by the paint job and there is a certain flair about the style, all in all top stuff(9). on the other hand the fianna is a bit of an unclarified mess(6) imo( i hated saying that by the way, but you wouldn\'t know otherwize)e.g. the face. this could be your technique up close or a dodgy pic only you know the truth.

thanks for the honesty smackeroo, it is nice for somebody to be open about there vote when giving a score many wouldn\'t like.

the fianna was a trial piece as i have had problems getting realistic skin tones.

the other problem is my photography skills.lol

Id agree with the above comments. The wolfen was great and I voted a 9 but the fian I voted 7. Some bits were great like the nmm but there are other bits that were fairly weak. Still bettert han I can do tho. Nice stuff.
