Comments not appearing on mini submission

Im not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but some of the posters in this forum mentioned having left comments at my recent mini submission, but when I went to take a look, they werent there.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar as well? Are they \'living\' the comments at all?
