[Commission] A few Bloodbowl things I did so far

Hi people,

In this thread I am going to showcase some BloodBowl stuffs I did as commission work over the past few years. It's not often that someone approaches you with BB stuff but I really like the style of the game and especially its laid-back attitude. It's also fairly seldom that you see BloodBowl minis in non-dedicated forums so I thought you might be interested.

This was the first one; pretty straightforward and with little requirement in too great painting quality:

Then came the frogmen:

Awesome minis; loads of fun to paint.

This little guy came with very specific ideas for how to paint him:

After that, for the same client, I did these:

...and now, for the above chaos team, the big guys (still very WIP of course):

These guys are not only awesome looking but also huge.

Then there was the BloodBowl mini I did for myself (and a little painting competition on Garage Gamer's blog.):

So I hope I'll be able to deliver you with finished pictures of the three big chaos guys (and the one little guy) very soon. Until then, I hope you enjoyed the pictures.

@freakinacage: Thanks. :)

@GreenOne: Cheers. I was really happy to be allowed to go for crazy colours on those for a change. At that time, I was painting a big Chaos army which was entirely steel, gold, black and red. Awesome army but it's nice to do something else for a change.

Alright, I planned to finish the big guys tonight and didn't quite make it due to that little two-headed bugger. So here's another WIP shot:

These minis really are nice. Only shame is that the casting on the small guy is a bit fuzzy.

alright so i cannot see the last two wip pictures, guess it has something to do with the ¤"!¤¤&/(# firewall at work. but the other bloodbowl miniatures look super, i especially like the three big chaos guys. i do have a soft spot for big muscular miniatures :)

@SkelettetS: Thanks muchly. They are lovely minis indeed. :p

@uberdark: Many thanks. :) While there are many awesome GW minis from the past of course, these are from Gaspez Art. They do several ranges of really awesome BB minis.

@supervike: Thanks muchly, Sir.

Superb, I like the frogmen the best, good colours.
Was it difficult to paint sidelines onto flock? It looks nice!

@mattsterbenz: Thanks. Yeah, it's fun painting them because you can go for really gaudy colours. ;)

@Wicksy: Yup, that's a real nice idea. I'd loved to paint the other 'Ooligan as well.

@montka: Thanks. Painting on these lines is very easy. The most complicated thing is to find a good mixture of paint and water. From that on it's a breeze and really improves the otherwise kind of bland grass field bases. Interesting motto you got there in your sig by the way. ;)
