Commissioned Gun Jeep Paint Job

This model came to me converted and glued with everything where you see it. I had no part in the conversion. The conversion was done by CMON member GreyDeath.

The paintjob was commissioned at my \"Tier 1\" quality -- standard gaming quality. Because I was inspired by the model I put some extra work in to the body of the vehicle to see how it would take weathering and chipping. The rest of the model was done to the Tier 1 quality -- thus all other highlighting is drybrushed and all shading done with washes.

This paintjob would get a 7 from me -- a 6 for the base paint job and an extra point for the work displayed on the body of the vehicle.

I have seen lots of Greydeaths conversions on another site, the guy is a machine! I like the paintjob, excellent tabletop quality.

The paint job is really nice, but the conversion is what really catches my eye. It wasnt instantly obvious that it was a landspeeder with wheels. Good colour selection, looks ace.

Cool. Love the weathering etc. I thought Id already voted for this one but must have forgot. Anyway voted this time. I will be stealing some ideas of this for an orc trukk.
