This is my conversion of Hasslefree's Wolf character. Wolf was inspired by Arnold's Conan, so I figure this completes the circle.

I sculpted on more hair, the headband, wristguards, and filed the sword down.

I actually did a few touchups, and added a Thulsa Doom symbol to the base edge, but am too lazy to re-photo it.

It looks very much like young Arnold. The skin has some good blending and I like the face. It has a nice natural feel to it all and is a good solid 7 from me. You may think about some washes of contrasting color on the muscles, maybe some dark blue glaze in the shadows of the muscles. You could also do this on the clothing (as much as there is). The boot fur and straps especially could use some additional contrast so they pop out more. You could also consider a final edge highlight on some parts, like the sword, the tops of the straps on the boots, and the top of the fur and hair. Just a bit more contrast could help, although you would not want to overdo it at all and lose the natural feel.

Small but great conversion on this mini! :) Very cool, it really looks like the young Arnold.
Have to agree with Dblood on the muscles and the boots. Some blue glazes in the shadows any maybe some red glazes in the midtones would look good on the skin. :)
