for the conversion compo at GD uk do you have to bring in the bitz or do GW provide them and what are the rules for the comp??

All the bits are provided, they have vast buckets of them. Don\'t know whether there are any rules. I think you can just build whatever you want

Don\'t think you can \'nick\' the parts Cadiaboy. At the end last year they got a crowd round and did the \'Ok I got a Dwarf Frame to give away\' and then throw the sprue to a random person kinda thing.

you mean at the end of the day or during the comp.Dont you get to choose your bitz

All hail the mighty Games Workshop, for thier benevolence knows no bounds!

We should build a Warlord Titan out of the sprues (with the bitz still on) then dismantle it when we get outside and divide the spoils :twisted:

There are themes. Last year\'s was Duel. They provided some Lizardmen and some LoTR Moria goblins, and something else ...hmmm... they had a mountain literally 1 metre high of sprue in the middle, gallons of superglue and loads of green stuff. People were stealing £50 worth of stuff Not me, of course :innocent: You were allowed to take them home. I didn\'t get a chance to enter, because there were too many people.

when i went to a GD tons of people were at the conversion area. so try to make it a first stop. if youre sneaky....you can get some nifty bits...
