I enjoyed them all, but the one about the origin of f**k is incorrect (it\'s derived from an anglo-saxon word coming from Germanic), so it makes me doubt the validity of all of them... :(

1. The first couple to be shown in bed together on prime time TV were Fred and Wilma Flintstone.
Didn\'t they have twin beds like every other TV couple?

6. The percentage of Africa that is wilderness: 28% ( now get this...)
7. The percentage of North America that is wilderness: 38%

People have lived in Africa for 1000x longer than in North America. That\'s bound to make a difference. Plus the Sahara desert formed in only a few hundred years, as a result of a dramatic climate shift.

8. The cost of raising a medium-size dog to the age of eleven: $6,400
Treating that dog like a human child - priceless.

9. The average number of people airborne over the US any given hour: 61,000
The number of people \"high\" in the US in that same hour: at least double that.

11. The world\'s youngest parents were 8 and 9 and lived in China in 1910.
Actually, there is a documented case of a pregnant 5-year-old in Brazil.

17. If a statue in the park of a person on a horse has both front legs in the air, the person died in battle. If the horse has one front leg in the air the person died as a result of wounds received in battle. If the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of natural causes.
Where does THIS fit in?

24. Q. What occurs more often in December than any other month?
Christmas?

26. Q. Half of all Americans live within 50 miles of what?
The Wal-Mart they now work at?

30. Q. What is the only food that doesn\'t spoil?
A. Honey

One might be tempted to add \"maple syrup\" to the list but trust me... it can go bad. VERY bad.

33. Q. What is an activity performed by 40% of all people at a party?
A. Snoop in your medicine cabinet.

... and steal your \'ludes.

35. It was the accepted practice in Babylon 4,000 years ago that for a month after the wedding, the bride\'s father would supply his son-in-law with all the mead he could drink....
This was to ensure at least one grandchild even for parents of unattractive brides.
Wa waaaa. Try the veal folks.

This one is dubious.
Linguists have divided the Celtic spoken in the British Isles into two groups:
P-Celtic: also called Brythonic or British.
Q-Celtic: also called Goidelic or Gaelic.
The names arise from a major difference between the groups - the substitution of a P sound for a Q sound. P forms, represented today by Welsh and Cornish, may be more recent than Q forms. The Q form was the language spoken in Ireland and, eventually, Scotland. Q forms existing today are Irish Gaelic, Scots Gaelic and Manx.

To find out where someone came from they would ask the person to say a line like \" I am the son of etc\". Thats why they say mind your P\'s and Q\'s or so I was told by my granddaddy. Funny stuff tho drake I love useless facts like that.

Coffin Dodger / Keymaster
When the steam ship was the fastest most comfortable mode of transportation and those in England would go to India, the fist class tickets would request \"Port Out, Starboard Home\" to stay on the side of the boat with the fresh sea breazes. Thus the word Posh was born.

False - This was started becuase he would spit out the carrots after every recording. As stated by his son - he loved carrots, just not a pound a day.
