Cool mounted female miniatures?

I\'m trying to find some cool mounted female miniatures to turn into a unit for my Warhammer army. I\'m looking for about six figures.

To be honest, it doesn\'t really matter what they\'re mounted on, nor does it matter if they come from different manufacturers. They\'re going to receive a little conversion work anyway, so I can tie them all together visually.

It\'s been kind of a hard slog; my search terms are only pulling up maybe one or two figures, and I\'m not exactly enamored of any of them.

The only figures so far that I\'ve found that wouldn\'t work are the GW Mounted Daemonettes, as I really need more human-looking riders. Human, elf, doesn\'t really matter, but the Daemonettes are too far off that to work.

Any suggestions? Any of the smaller studios producing outstanding mounted female minis at the 28mm scale?

mounted females huh?

I have a hard time believing that I\'m the first one who\'s thoughts took that turn.

Like I always say: when you can\'t be helpful, be tasteless....or something like that anyway.

I reckon the coolest mounted female fig is still the Red Lioness (mounted) from Rackham.

I was never really overly enamoured with the red lioness. The proportions on her are really strange in my opinion.

I do love me that libby though. Very cool model.

The proportions of Rackham figures in general are weird. Those tiny little ankles snap like nothing. Reaper\'s Warlord line has several different mounted females like... this one or this one and they even have some with differnat mounts like this cute dwarf
