Would there be any interest in a CoolMiniOrNot plugin for Wordpress? Do we have any mini bloggers here

I\'ve been working on what is essentially a Wordpress interface into the CMON Partner Bar. It is almost complete. If there is interest, I will probably publish it officially.

Could you explain what this means? I have a mini painting blog, but I kick it old-school, I mostly code it by hand into a Blogger template (yes, I\'m also lazy).

Sure thing.

CMON supplies a script called \"partnerbar.php\". With the partner bar, you can add CMON images to your blog. For instance, I could use the partner bar to display my highest rated mini, or I could use the partner bar to display a list of my minis I have for auction on CMON.

The Wordpress plugin I am working on take care of building the query string you pass to the partner bar. This includes the user, number of images to show, the order to show the images, the auction status of the images, etc. It also takes care of inserting the code into your Wordpress template provided you are using the Widgets plugin as well.

Basically, the CMON plugin for Wordpress makes it easy to add and configure the CMON Partner Bar on your Wordpress blog.

Scroll down... on the right there is a section called \"My Top Mini\". In this case, I used the Wordpress plugin to display the highest rated mini in my gallery.

Looking at it right now and there is nothing there.

Cool idea though. I\'m no longer programming savy enough to pull something like that together though. Looks great.

CMON is slow to load sometimes. It might take a while to pull the image from the CMON server. A future version of the plugin could take advantage of caching to store a local copy of your gallery images. This would speed things up considerably.
