This was given to me as a prize by matty, so being thoroughly inspired by GD i got straight onto painting this. I got to see first hand some lovely mini\'s both at GD and in the bar and the realisation that i drastically need to improve my skills hit me. so any pointers would be appreciated people.

Thats a nice job Brett.
You have a nice clean style. I think you just need to start adding some more \"depth\" to your minis. Does that make sense?
Skin for example is not just the skin colours that come in paint pots. It has so many variations and hues. Look at the work of some of the spanish and french painters. They manage to get so much depth into it.
