Since I\'ve been away from the forums (again) for a couple of months, could someone bring me up to date on any news concerning CMON?

How\'s CA doing? Did he make any announcements recently?
What about the new annual?
How about any new contests?

etc...

okay I get it :(

It\'s a good thing that a lot of these activities have moved to other sites, but I really miss the days of the first painting comp and things like that...

or it could just be me who is getting too nostalgic about all this

ETA: Well as for stuff thats been happneing recently, there the mini exchange 3 thread you might want to join in on. In this, we all send each other minis we found to be uninspiring and paint up the one(s) people have sent to us. We\'re into the third round now.

Also a load of us got together to paint up an ogre kingdoms army with the intention of auctioning it for the tsunami victims. Its not really been going quite to plan, but it is getting there (see the Paint Aid thread).

Also, there are some round robins going on where people paint up part of a figure then send it on to the next person in the chain (the one I\'m involved in is a rather tasty devourer).

Other than that, I\'m still painting moon puppies (and outside of painting minis I\'ve learnt to scuba dive) and theres the usual squabbling about scores on here ;)

First of all you need a change of hair color because those highlights are SO January.

Also, you need to expand your color horizons. I see you in a Mauve.

Nice to see you back on the forum Corvus. And you\'re not the only one that gets nostalgique, somtimes I get that feeling too. But hey things change and what is lost is regained in an other way :D
