Couple of WIPs

I\'ve had severe finishing disease for about six months now, so I\'ve decided to re-visit a few minis that have been sidelined for a while, \'cos I can probably get them done fairly quickly. They are both =][= minis


I have an uber version of this SM with a helmet and power fist.

This is an acolyte.

Hopefully they can be completed in the next week or so.

Any chance of passing it on ??? lol I never finish my breakfast let alone mini\'s lol Both look good,where is the left flame pad on the marine from,is it stock,can\'t say I\'ve seen it before.....want one! You\'re a flame obsessive aren\'t you....it\'s OK you can tell me..... I\'m still trying to get over checks lol Nice work

Yes, I used to be flame obsessed (when I was painting my SM army, both of these are from that period). The flames are GS, I don\'t do them anymore with my =][= stuff though.

I especially like the face on the 2nd one.

Is having no pupils a conscience choice, or just a finishing disease symptom?

The sculpted flames on that shoulder pad are very cool.

I\'m not too keen on the second one through preferance of sculpt, however it\'s a great paintjob, i like the first picture a lot more, the crest is nice and smooth, and is for me one of the best parts, oh along with the face.
