With a bit more time i'll put up a proper tutorial, the idea was born during the private coaching i've had at massive voodoo.. my initial idea for the base was to create a river or a pond!

Meanwhile, something unrelated to the miniature world: a painting i did a couple of years ago for my girlfriend. Funny how the techniques we apply on the miniatures were useful to achieve blendings and smoothness on the paper.. (also a link to the original pic)
