Crunch Waffle!

I\'m sure many of you know all about Crunch Waffle, but for those that don\'t... Well you should start looking.

I placed an order last week and received it today (international shipment, so that\'s pretty darn fast), it was extremely well packaged to prevent damage. Now of course the best part was the minis inside, I had placed a small order of 4 minis to test the waters and I was blown away when I got them. Great detail and perhaps more importantly (to me anyway) great scale.

Oh yeah, and I love the little cards in with the mini, much nicer than a blisterpack.

Anyway, I know the guy(s) behind CW are (or at least one is, but I don\'t remember which/who) CMoNers so I hope they don\'t read this and let it go to their heads. I like to follow the policy of \"If you like it, let people know\", espically if it involves small/new companies like this.

So, that\'s my round-a-bout way of saying \"Try these guys\"! :drunk:

Oh yeah, I ordered:

Hula Dancer
Breeman, Found Object Fighter
Furgis Dunphy
Giant Archer Fish (seeing this mini was what lead me to their site)

Yeah, Klute did some very cool little sculpts for them. I am working on a few of those now.

I painted the \"Old Magi of the Sea\" for them.

That sculpt was great to paint, and probably still my favorite.

And they have some fabulous waggamuffins that cindy dukino did for them. Every self respecting painter should have at least three of them in his/her collection! :)

Some of those fig\'s are pretty good, but I\'m more of a sci-fi nerd myself :p

Do they have any plans to release something modern-day sci-fi...?

EDIT: D\'oh! No they don\'t.
My eyes are a bit blurry today, so reading is a bit difficult :p

Heh, I missed this one. So, I\'ll just necromancy it on up and say thanks for the positive comments guys. Hope to see more painted minis from you in the future, MPJ, I\'m still digging the Hula.
