It was great to see some forum members get called over and over again. Congrats guys, and it was great meeting you all. As for myself, I didn't win anything but this was my first ever comp after only painting for 3 years and two of my entries made the finalist cut. So I'm pretty pleased with the results.

Wyrd wasn't there so they're mailing those awards out. Dark Age was giving out, Sionid won one of those. I have no clue what happened to the Pegaso category though.

Yeah, you had some good entries and the first cut was pretty strict, so even making that should feel good. Those medals will come, take inspiration from all the great work there and keep at it!
No decision on the Pegaso stuff. The company is picking the winner, and perhaps a 2nd and 3rd. But they're in Italy so timing was rough. Hopefully in the next day or two they'll let us know. There were 7 or 8 Pegaso entries, so I'm curious to see what happens there.

I had actually planned on entering something, but I thought the event was at the end of April...oops.

ReaperCon is cool because they judge on the open system.
Denton is a bit of a hike for me, unfortunately.

Guilty. CMON's photos came out awesome for a lot of entries, I thought. I wonder if it's okay to use their photos in our galleries...?

The one that jumped out at me was Khonner's Elric. It looked a hundred times better than any picture he has shown us.
And congrats everyone. If this is in Chicago again next year i am going to spend some more time and do some gaming. My wife loved the hotel and the fact that she could visit with family in Chicago, so should be an easy sell on my part. And hopefully a full day free will give me time to actually meet some forumites.

Congrats to all who entered. Was great to meet and even get some feedback from such great people on here. The stuff entered by everyone was even better in person! So many talented CMoN-ers! Already home and have post con blues realizing I'm not getting to hang out with such a great group until next year. The people make this con the one I'm going to plan for on the calendar!
