Crystal brush? Can't see all entries

I'm trying to vote on the Crystal Brush and I'm not seeing all the entries which are present at Adepticon in the display case. A bunch of them I was looking forward to voting for don't seem to be online, at least not where I can find them.

Anything up? Am I doing something wrong?

The judges do a "first cut" before putting entries up for voting. They did it that way last year, which is sad as I would love to see good picts off all the entries.

Yeah, I entered last year with stuff that didn't make the cut (deservedly so) but I was sad since I was hoping to at least get some professional photos of my minis out of it.

I think they determine the cut by figuring how much time they have to take photos, and cutting to that many entries. I don't think it's necessarily a set line of "everything better than X gets in". I'm sure there's stuff that was good enough to compete that didn't make it and left people scratching their head, though thankfully the reverse doesn't seem to be true - everyone I saw in that gallery clearly deserved to be there.
