Don't worry Aliengod, as long as I earn enough man points to outweigh my bitch points I roll right! So it is written, so it should ever be!
(but seriously, Lady Gaga?! Better break out the power tools =P )

My guilty pleasures are...

Music - Lady Gaga, La Roux

TV - Desperate Housewives

Really cheesy, I know, but these guilty pleasures are supplemented by a bunch of manly things to counteract their less than manly natures. Such as TV shows about building custom motorcycles (American Chopper, Biker Build-Off, etc.)
and taking photos of you and you dog for comps. i will NEVER let that go!!

I would have to say...

TV: Top Chef, House
MISC: Ice Hockey, Nerf Wars with the guys, Mass Effect 2, Dark Heresy

That should be enough to keep the wife frustrated for awhile...

We did a thread about this sometime ago....

So, what sorts of things are you into at the moment?

So this is where everyone learns about peoples weird tastes, likes and habits eh? :)

Television shows...... Star Trek Deep Space Nine (They are showing it all again on CBS Action on Freesat - and I know... but it takes me back in time to when it was first out and I watched it - kind of nostalgic), The Wire (DVD - I never watched it when it was out), Southland (when I remember to watch it), The Inbetweeners (Yes it's very juvenile and slightly wrong but it is very funny).

Music I get bored of bands and songs very easily. My music has to be unusual and different to keep my interest. So I have been listening to some French language stuff from Zazie and Stromae which is quite relaxing and different through to French rap such as Keny Arkana and 3éme Oeil which isn't very relaxing but very different. I also have been listening to Laura Pausini and Ellie Goulding. It's quite fun looking through this thread and picking out the names of artists people have said that I don't know and just putting it into Spotify to see what they sound like!!

Food I think Supervike summed this up best for me and I'll quote him: "Most anything, as long as I can pour hot sauce on it." Curries are always great. Supervike - I don't know how hot you like your sauce but this site has some really really hot stuff, don't know if you have seen any of it before. http://www.chillipepperpete.com/ Seriously I have never known a tiny drop of chilli sauce be able to make a curry for four people be so incredibly hot...

Drink Just discovered a new drink recently which is based on a Polish vodka - Żubrówka (Bison Grass Vodka) and is called a Bison Grass Mojito which is mostly apple juice, lime juice, mint, dark rum, Żubrówka and sometimes also soda water. You can't go wrong with a Belgian beer either. As for non alcoholic drinks tea has to be the greatest thing ever invented closely followed by orange juice.

Reading Not been reading too much lately sadly, but slowly getting through "The Spirit Level: Why More Equal Societies Almost Always Do Better".

Random I guess that my guilty secret is that I haven't picked up a paint brush in a long time, years in fact. I hope to get back into it again. Oh and I love being nosey so threads where people discuss their likes are a bit of a draw for me :)

I think this might be something for you to check out then, there's some variation in there. :)

Wohoooo! Beat the game for the fifth time in a row now... gets really nasty at some points when playing on anything more than "veteran", so the other two guys I'm living with get to enjoy some of my "game-triggered-tourette"... really just a poly-word-chain of curse words, loud enough to make my neighbors come by to tell me to shut the hell up.

Oh, and my newest guilty pleasure: Putting A1-Sauce on virtually anything!

I hear you with Insanity on ME2. My attempt didn't last too long, as I quickly got myself into trouble in one of the first missions I played. Picked the wrong teammate, split up to help Archangel (bad idea), and I can't quite one-shot the bloody Vorcha even with cloaked headshots with the Widow rifle. They regen to full health before I can do it again :p

I was doing all right on insanity until I decided to do the supply drop side mission with the three YMIR Mechs before I hit the appropriate level to deal with them. Still haven't made it past that point. I guess for another guilty pleasure I'd say doing insanely elaborate halloween costumes. Next year I'm going as Commander Shepard and it will be my favorite costume on the Citadel. So far, I've just been working on a C-6 Carnifex hand cannon to tote around:

Television shows Working 4 on 4 off I got out of the habit of watching TV as you always end up missing episodes (plus there was nothing much on). I do enjoy The Mentalist. Still havent seen series 4 of Battlestar Galactica which I really need to do.

Music Have fairly broad tastes of music. Yesterday I was listening to Cypruss Hill, Depeche Mode, Brook Fraser, Orbital, and Vivaldi

Food I like Pasta.

Drink Steinlager Pure has been my beer of choice lately but I am more of a bourbon man in general. I do enjoy a couple of quick fucks if I am in town having a dance.

Reading Dont read anywhere near as much as I used to. Last book was The Passage by Justin Cronin. It reads like two different books and I enjoyed the first 3rd - 1/2 way more than when the story tone changed.

Random Don't really have time for Random. My days working are 12 hour night shifts and on my 4 days off I get my 2 boys and have to do the solo dad thing. I have finally set up a painting area again and put paint on a figure for the first time in I cant remember when.
