cutting Vallejo model air paints question

Vallejo makes an air paint thinner, you can get decent prices at www.thewarstore.com But Liquitex also makes air paint thinner. Flo-Aid doesn't actually thin the paint. You can check out the Liquitex brand on dickblick.com

I use water. Maybe with a little magic wash in it, but water should be fine. If the water in your local area is too hard, use distilled

I used Tamiya airbrush thinner with my Vallejo Air with no problems. BUT for VMA metallic you really have to use vallejo thinner. The Vallejo Air thinner is exactly the same stuff as the Vallejo color thinner. I believe they may have rebranded the thinners from all their ranges as just "thinner" now.

Thank you for the feedback everyone. I will look at getting some distilled water and some Vallejo thinner.
