Well, not really an hour ...
Alrighty, as some of you may know (not many I\'m sure), I used to write quite a bit when I was younger and that continued up until about a year ago when I had sort of a \'block and burn out\' situation going. Family, work, life ... stress. Just didn\'t contribute to helping me along.
I used to be a real \'role playing geek\' back in the day and thus I used to write D&D articles and fluff and I\'ve had a thing or two show up in Polyhedron and Dragon magazines as well as a few other lesser known publications, online and off.
Well, I\'ve gotten out of gaming, but I still love a good story and recently I have started to get interested in writing again. Nothing fancy, nothing too long, but something that will keep me entertained and hopefully some of ya\'ll.
So my question, direction and whatever else you want to call it is, would ya\'ll be interested in a bit of a \'story tellers\' section, something you can get creative in as well as an aside from painting miniatures and overall just something to distract you in your daily grind and your forum surfing?
I was thinking about posting a couple of stories, older ones initially, to see what ya\'ll thought, and then continue and write up and post a few that have been on my mind of late which several of you have helped me dream up while chatting with me or by providing inspiration while viewing your miniatures.
Something I was also playing around with, was sort of a \'choose your own adventure\' scenario where I would write up an initial post and along with it add a poll and after a week, which ever decision had the most votes would decide in which direction I took the story. Kind of a free form situation and it seemed like something that could get interesting and certainly help me with my creativity once again.
Something that sounds of interest or should I find another outlet to put this? Not going to be hurt in the least if this isn\'t where I find the outlet.
