Damaged fig order - no reply to email

Just looking to get a reply as I'd like some acknowledgement of my predicament before the 14 day exchange policy goes out of effect. Received a damaged figure in my order and sent an email with the order number and a description of the problem to the sales email on Friday. Haven't heard back yet. I know with the holidays and such things might take time, but I want to make sure that it's clear I'm not past the 14 day policy...
