Dark Angels colours?

Hi everyone, I have some troubles with the \'official\' colours of the DA.

On the front of the newest codex they have yellow eyes, but GW paints them with red eyes. Also, on the cover the bolters are metallic grey, but GW paints them red.

As I want to have them as official as possible, which should I choose?

As long as you get the basic livery right the little details tend to be variable depending on the artist in question. I tend towards orangey yellow eyes and black bolter casing. As long as you\'re consistent all the way through I wouldn\'t worry.

Aye if ya wanna paint em to be a specific chapter the green armor n off white robes should be enough, I wouldn\'t let GW dictate your entire creative process specially details as small as the eye color and the weapons lively em up with your personal flavor and atleast with the small touches make your army unique to you
