Hm... I did this mini in one night. I think that I spend about 2 hours on scales.
Seems to me, some people hate me and my minis...
For black steel: Chaos black, lich purple, ice blue, skull white
On the axe: chaos black, ice blue, skull white

What makes you think that? It\'s got a good score and you\'ve got only good comments. ???

Love it. Except for two small things... The blood looks a bit to umm, hard to think of a word for it so I\'ll just say \'out of place\' and the shoes lack detail (though I suspect this is as much the model as anything).

Really is a top notch paint job though and those two things I listed are just nit-picking.

Excellent job. I really like the colour scheme, although I feel that the nmm stands out too much from the rest of the model - it doesn\'t seem balanced with the subdued tones of the rest of the piece, cos there\'s so much contrast between the white and black.

Hate? not at all 8.6 is a very good score. I think it is upper 15% of all submission. But one night... god, I wish I could do it at least half as fast

Of cours not all people But someone rates my mini in 1. Ah, nevermind! Im glad that my dark elves likes to all of you
For skintones i use black and white, but wit corsair I also used a very small amount of lich purple.
And with this mini I tryed to make a contrast between bright armour and bleak scales.
I made a polished armorm so there shud be a high contrast, otherwise black looks like grey.
