definetly not forgeworld, theres no detail and the death korps dont look like that

it looks more fantasy than 40k, mayeb a torso from empire or mordheim? im not sure

great conversions. they have that real gritty WWII german feel to them, the sculpted hat really adds to the effect though you should have left it for the nob...

Please put me out of my misery and tell us what the bodies are converted from!!!

These are awesome and I shall watch this one like a hawk!

They remind me somewhat of the old series of warhammer 40k ork blood axe stormtroopers.

They look great

Nice conversions - great GS work!

Are you making a whole squad of these? That would look great!

Cheers,
Tom

Grey plastic look like 1/35 scale Dragon plastic figure kits, probably german, possibly something like this;

Looking good. Reminiscent of some of the old GW Orks. How many are you doing? And when you going to paint them?

*possible thread hijack*
I tried searching the forums over the weekend, but I couldn\'t find the thread.
Is 40k/WFB about 1/35 in scale?

no. There uis no true scale compatible. As an ork is bigger than a human, some 1/35 scale stuff is compatible.
The 1/48 scale stuff may be suitable for humans, but as the 40K stuff is \"herioc\" in proportions, figures do not work

Cheers Orb, I was just wondering about the possibilities of kit bashing some vehicles. There\'s a lot of Kits now in 1/35 scale (Dragon etc). Some Blood Axes with a captured German WW2 Ferdinand might be good? Its got da big shooty thing!
