I\'m slightly miffed, I bought DC and love it great game my only regret is since buying it I haven\'t picked a brush up.

I went to play an online game today and found out that to play as all the civs you need the original and winter assault. I know DC is a sort of expansion but it says you don\'t need the original to play it, which you don\'t.

My question is if I can play as IG in skirmish mode why in the hell cant I play as IG online, its the first time I have felt squeezed for that extra £ by a GW related product (I now its not GW as such but still) and man its annoying!!!!!:cussing:

They\'re doing the same thing with the new expansion Soulstorm. With that you can play all the races in the campaign, but only the D.Eldar and Sisters of Battle online. I guess it\'s just THQ/Relics way of rewarding people who have bought all the versions.
The only good thing is that the original game and Winter Assault are fairly cheap now.

Good point peteh, you should be able to pick up the first couple games in one set for the price of one game, around 19 bucks here in the states at Best Buy/ Wally World.
