i highly doubt it... altho it may be used for strafing runs like the IG use the straifing runs?

YEEAAAHHHH BABY !!!

I want it & I want it NOW ! I loved D.o.W. 1, and the chance to lead Space Marines ,so I cant wait for this to be released! Does the clip with those beautiful & cute Kroot mean the game will now be about the Tau? :wow: GOD bless.... ......VINCENTI

@vincenti - there is already one expansion for Dawn of War, it\'s called Winter Assault and features the Imperial Guard.

Looks like they\'re trying to add a couple of new races with each expansion. I guess it\'s the Tau\'s turn. I like the Tau buildings a whole lot

Looks good. I just hope they do away with the flipping of races - if I want to play IG I want to play IG, not IG then Eldar, then IG -

I didnt buy winter assault because I am not a great lover of the Imperial Guard, I like my guys to be Space Marines, shallow, I know, but that obsession for you ! I still dont understand wether this next game is just about TAu or what ( I would play Tau though , love them Kroot ! ) ...GOD bless .........VINCENTI:D

It\'s not just the Tau - they\'re also throwing the Necrons in as a playable race.

Good, more things for the Eldar to shoot at :)

It\'s an expansion so it\'s gonna feature all the races from before, so it\'s not just Tau and Necrons. Although I\'m not sure if Imperial Guard would be available if you don\'t have Winter Assualt...

The Imperial Guard guys are cool though. They have the most awesome tanks, and the assassin guy is really fun to use (especially with the earthshaker artillery).

But, ultimately you are right....Space Marines are excellent to use.

Actually, almost all my 40K knowledge comes from the Dawn of War games. Its a sad little fact, but I have never been into it too much. Now, though, I am looking at buying some Tau. They are freaking cool!

Same here... in fact I starting buying Space Marines because of DoW.

I looked at Tau, but the ridiculous hippo feet turned me off.

The in-game real they showed at E3 last month had the Necrons in it too and they look amazing. Also the entirely new campaign system (that looks more like how an in-store table top campaign is run) looks really good. Sorry to sound like a planted propaganda pusher, but this exp. really does look amazing.
