When a Rose Knight unit preforms a melee attack and heals a wound from Perseverance and Valour, does the wound cause by Deadly Bloom meet the requirements to trigger Fuelled by Slaughter?

to add to the original question, Deadly bloom triggers at the start of the attack due to Valor, lets say the attack dice deal no wounds, would there be a panic test roll due to deadly bloom?

Fueled by Slaughter is specifically referencing Wounds caused by the Attack Action.

Deadly Bloom is an independent effect, and while it can trigger during an Attack Action, it is not part of the Attack is any fashion; it will not trigger Fueled by Slaughter, nor would it result in contributing to if the Defender needs to perform a Panic Test (for the same reason explained).
