I am a tall skinny huy and my real last name is Adams.
I have lived almost my entire life with hearing people do the theme song and snapping their fingers.
Lurch is a nickname I end up with in just about every social sitaution I have been involved in.

Typical first meeting:
\"Hey your last name is Adams and you look like Luch... Duh duh duh duh. snap snap. Hey Lurch, how ya doing? \"

Just seems appropriate to use him as an avatar. We are both such good lookers lol

My choice of avatar comes from a natural affinity for dorks, nerds, geeks, dweebs, etc. Though I didn\'t look like this guy, except for the short hair and ball cap, as a child, I just kind of identify with him.

As I turned from child to teen however, I changed form being a dork to being a \"longhaired-leftist-commie-pinko-hippyfreak-faggot-weirdo\" I find those avatars just to hackneyed though.

Of course, now I\'m a geek and the proud father of a black square.

Well, there isn\'t really that much to say about mine. I had figured out that having an avatar is always better than none, but I wanted to expend the least amount of energy possible on it, so I browsed the stock avatar collection..............and fell in love!! The first time I saw those great, goofy eyes staring out at me, I knew he was mine. *I\'ll love him, and pet him, and feed him, and he\'ll be mine fowever and ever!*

Mine is my favorite computer game character ever. Ah, the good times I spent fighting headcrabs, houndeyes, giant plants, alien troopers, US Marines etc... (and he\'s a scientist just like me)

Mine ended up pretty small so I don\'t know if he\'s all that recognizable. But it\'s Spaceman Spiff going in for yet another crash, from my favorite comic strip of all time Calvin & Hobbs!:D

Mine is a penguin. I\'ve always been fascinated with these little guys, and when Bloom County was first published I sorta became attached to Opus (He\'s back in the Sunday funnies BTW). My fondness for penguins predates Linux, but could also be a holdover from my youth (too many Batman episodes).

You access your info not from the forum, but by the normal mini rating CMON page. At the side there\'s a link that says \"your account\", click it, and it will allow you to upload a pic from your computer.

@Fizl: What\'s Nick Park up to these days? It\'s been awhile since Chicken Run, I\'ve heard talk of a full length Wallace and Gromit film!
