Dangerous when wet
Hey,

So I'm getting my blog up and running (finally), back posting, and generally tweaking at the edges... in the hope of building somewhere that I can send people when they ask if I do commissions. Two things here - firstly, I'm offering a shiny £10 to the person who sends me the best banner
for my site before next wednesday midday GMT. So, if you want a quick and easy early xmas pressie for yourself, throw something together.

Secondly, what do you think about the blog? It's been a pleasure to put together. Do you think it does the job?

heh! I genuinely just used one of two pics of myself I have in my posession in electronic format. That was one of them. Go figure! could have used this:

but it might not have had the right message...

and the winner is in well done Nick232, you absolute legend! check out his fantastic entry and the best of the rest - what great work to choose between! I'm rather happy a CMON member caught it, maybe it's because he had a really good eye for what was required. great stuff!

Congrats to Nick! And Zorg, who -in my opinion- made Nick's entry absolutely stunning! (If it is possible, I say Zorg deserves a little bonus. :D )

This was definitely fun and I'm very happy to see that I made it to the finals!

Yeah well done dude, I loved your entry, really smart. I liked the allusion to fantasy through the typeface, and my fiancee said it was one of her favourites too. Great stuff!
