I can\'t find a classic/archive page for them, and searching the WFB online store only gets a page of results.
Did GW drop chaos dwarves?

I think there are plans to bring back chaos dwarfs in the future. But they\'re not supported in the current rules (unless GW did some kind of quickie army list in White Dwarf as they sometimes do).

thier rules are in the ravening hordes book, and although they are still usable i just think gw isn\'t putting effort into them untill they release the new range (which innevitably they will)

The problem is that when they where out no one realy got they now that you can it seems every one and there brother wants them back lol they have not gone the way of the squats yet but are in the back of the line for new stuff at the moment as for the old models it\'s just that they are extremly old in casting years alot of the molds have distoryed them selves so with every run of figs the range gets smaller.

Games workshop will do somethig great with the chaos dwarves when they are released, if they stick to similar designs as the hellcannon crew they will be great, they have so much potential, and so many people are awaiting them, it will be a nice addition to the current armies.

TobiWan - the dwarves won in the uk this year, the one like 2 months ago, i think they got a slver demon and as far as i can remember were very cool (obviously)

I liked the big hats 
Chaos Dwarves were hella\' sweet because they were very clearly Sumerian/Assyrian/etc., while all the other races were just stereotypical crap, mostly.
Regular chaos was cool too, but only because I like Bosch so much
Also, I find that choosing your army preferences based on art history is an excellent way to win absolutely no games.

Wow, that almost gave me a flashback to the days of my youth, esp that guy on the far right of the pic, at the rear.
I\'m not too surprised, shocked or saddened at the loss of the chaos dwarf range. I loved the army and the models, but you could always get nice, cheap results by buying the Chaos Warrior box set (The old one) and mixing it with the Dwarf warriors box set (once again, now old). I never really liked the feel of the metal models anyways. The hats were cool, the army was good, but I always thought the best were the converted and personalized ones that inevitably ended up with only half of the original metal model.

I love the old 1st ed chaos dwarfs, several still populate my hords of chaos army. The Hell Cannon crew looks great and an army based on them would be nice. However, in the mid 90\'s GW sales reps swore they were bringing back the Squats \"soon, maybe the codex after next. The new sculpts look great!\" and that didden\'t happen, and never will.
But I\'m not bitter.
