Digital poseable modles??

I was looking at this site - http://www.posemaniacs.com/index.php?paged=2 and got to thinking how handy it would be to be able to drag the limbs to the exact pose you're looking for. I'm needing something like that right now. Are there any such things available? I really don't like the wooden figures. The pose limit is so small.

There are slightly better versions of the old poseable figures available I think (better range of motion) but I can't go looking for them as I'm heading away for the weekend. GI Joe might be a better alternative (seriously)!

A friend has a basic version but, takes time to learn.

That's exactly what I was looking for. Shame it's so expensive. I was hoping for a freeware thing. looking at some of the controls, it looks like it may be a Bryce thing.

Check this site out. Get the DAZ software. I just downloaded it and it's great and I think exactly what you're looking for. Download the software and then register to get a serial number. The once you have the software open then open up the quickstart scene and have a play about. I don't know if this software is only evaluation (30 day) software or not but I guess you can find out!
