Dioramas?

I am starting to become very fond of the whole dioramas thing i think its so cool but i can\'t figure out what to use for the whole thing especialy for the overall big base for the entire thing to set on. I have a rough idea of what to use but I have no idea on going about doing it. So if somone smart enough and experienced enough could inform me i would realy apprectiate it. Thanks:duh:

Well just put the stuff under the whole thing and you should be good
Ok so I\'ll asume you\'re talking about the base on witch to put your diorama. And in this case I would say that you can use whatever you want, just try it out and see for yourself if it looks good. You can probably find anoth good things to use around your house ( cardboard, wood, ...) If you want a more fancy base, like the ones on those game day entries either you\'ll have to make it or you\'ll have to buy it.

Have a look at the thread about plinths as that is the same sort of thing. Cake shop suppliers are a good place to look, along with charity shops.

i saw a couple good possible diorama bases at home depot... i think they were tops to fence posts or something
