Thanks for the input guys:beer:
@Manus: He\'s a Confrontation mini from Rackham ( first plastic they did and quality wise way better than the plasic minis they\'re selling atm).
He doesn\'t actually have a real issue with the pletora of colors as he\'s pretty big (60mm base) I think it\'s more my crappy picts. (I\'M not the best photographer in the world and I\'m actually happy that he doesn\'t look like a road kill on the picts.)
His chest area was actually supposed to be covered by either a chest plate or a ribcage but I liked the bio mechanic heart and prefered it to be visible.
And you\'re right I highlighted the raised areas equally (I haven\'t thought about that to be honest, he\'s for gaming after all:redface: ) but I have more of the big Dirz fellows to do (together with the rest of the army) so I\'ll give it a go next time.:drunk:
I\'m quite pleased with the effect of the purple between the armor plates (and I don\'t even know why I did it).
He also has the most detailed base I put together up to date and the first osl I didn\'t completely mess up ( which doesn\'t mean that there\'s not much room to improve); all in all not too shabby for under 10 hours work.
@Duren86: right, messed the back up with an ink that wasn\'t deluted enough :cussing: :flame: but then I really wasn\'t in any mood to paint all that over again...the rest is camera flash (mostly).
@TKNY: the helmet\'s a khaki color with some bone/ white highlights and 1 or 2 inks/washes, but I see what you mean.
( I wanted to make it stand out without drawing too much attention from the blades and/or the open chest area...might have gotten a bit lost there

)
@matty1001: ok, I\'\'ll n00biefy myself: who\'s Jeremy Dupuits????
Cheers,
Juggernaut
