display bases

where could i get display bases from relativly cheaply.

for single minitures in the uk

I suggest craft + D.I.Y shops. You\'d actually be amazed at the amount of crap you can pick up at Homebase, etc... Just remember your imagination and your set...pretty much (Don\'t confuse pet stores with D.I.Y stores, not good for your record...)

It all depends of course on what you want to display and how.
Some kind person with a lathe could knock you up a simple one.

They\'re nice, but hardly cheap and that was what James was after!

Craft stores usually have small wooden plinths that you can buy really cheap. These are often plain wood, so you\'d need to give them a proper finish yourself.
