@ Logan - You know, I think those huge pauses weren\'t for the networks to get commercial time - those were most likely a normal part of the game :)

Seriously, I understand how people can find baseball boring to watch. For me, it\'s a family thing. In LA, one of the best times you can have is sitting in Dodger stadium on a spring evening, watching the sun go down on the mountains, eating a Dodger dog (actual name for a special kind of hot dog) and hanging with your family. Sure the game might be boring, but it\'s an interesting background to a fun social event.

\'Course, playing is where it\'s at...nothing like standing in front of a 2 pound ball of leather and yarn travelling 90+ mph - mmm, that\'s living.:D

I had enough of that last night. I am the pitcher for our softball team, and no less than 4 hits came screaming right back at me. Luckily I didn\'t die, but neither did I make a play on the balls, other than to knock them down. Plus I struck out, which is extremely embarassing in slow pitch softball...

Im in the couldnt care less bracket.
I thought that when someone said
\"I couldnt care less\" Meant I care so little that its not possible for me to care any less than I do.
Whereas \"I could care less\" means I care and if I chose would be able to care less.

Is this an american way of putting it? Just seems the opposite of what its trying to say.

The correct saying would be \'couldn\'t care less\'

But usually (here in America) I hear it said as \"I could care less\" with a very sarcastic tone to it. So I hope it answers you question...

If not, I could care less.:D;)
