Nope! Not any more! Though I got a few pangs looking at those pre-Necromunda GW Confrontation prototype pieces...
But talk about one of those days - I had a puncture on Saturday and had to walk a few miles home pushing and carrying my bike. I had a shave when i got home and managed to cut the end of my nose. Then Wales got battered by New Zealand in the rugby. One hell of a day
Is it any consolation that New Zealand lost the one day series 4-0 to ZA, rev?
Well, today isn\'t one of \'those\' days for me. I\'ve been looking at the brushes, and an ork for an hour now, and it\'s just not painting itself. Do I start glazing with goblin green now, or layer with a 2:1 mix of goblin green and dark angels green? ??? Nah, I think I\'ll just put it aside for tomorrow.
Well today i got my WoH scouts and it was the first time i\'ve seen the new Wood Elf plastics and boy are they nice! And it would have been one of those days had i not have to go to work
I had one of those days recently when I decided to do a new army completely converted. I was going to have it all done by december but to date I have 7 minis finished and 7 or 8 in progress. Then WOH came along so I got into that then something else came up so Im painting minis for that. I guess I just cant say no.
Yes, but it always ends up in me not being able to decide what to paint so I don\'t do any...
More often I have an idea for an army, so I spend hours making a list, if I have figures I line them all up in squads, note down gaps I need to get minis to fill. But then the next day I have a different idea so I start another army list... Worse thing is I\'ve not played any sort of wargame in over 2 years...
I regret I haven\'t had such a day for a long time now. In fact, I haven\'t even touched a (miniature) brush for several months now... Except for putting it aside.
Some of my favourite paint jobs were finished on such days.
