Do you have a \"surplus paint\" mini?

I have this daemonhost that is the current recipient of my excess paint should I mix up too much, or just want to ampty my brush. I was wondering if I was alone in this?

because I live in the desert my paint dries up really fast so I mix everything into little snap top pots. Because of this I can store away any extra paint and use it again even months down the road. So I have no mini but it\'s a cool idea.

You should make yourself a Wet Palette.

And no, I don\'t have a surplus paint mini. I tend to just leave whatever I have left on the palette or paint it onto a tissue if I want to remove some from my brush.

Actually I have one but by mixing in the pots I can keep the extra paint for months instead of just untill I\'m done with the mini. I even sent some of the tiny pots with the paint for some skin to someone in England for a round robin mini, I had done the face and he is doing the rest of the skin. So I just packed up the little pots and sent them on to him to use so the skin and face will match. It also takes the guess work out of matching something if a mini gets damaged. I just go back to the bag for that mini and fix it.

Cant say that I do that with paint, but I do a variation of that with green stuff. When I get done sculpting on a model, but have extra putty, I will stick it on a different sculpt that still needs \"bulking out\" of basic shapes.

Sometimes if I put a little too much paint on my pallette I will soak it up with an old brush and put it back into the pot, but that\'s not too often.

yeah i do that. or add some tecture to a base. or roll it out into a thin sausage which i can then cut up as either spent ammo cartridges, rivets or cabling

I eat any left overs. People keep telling me it\'s bad, but I\'ve never noticed any adverse affects. I just wish I could control these fu***ng mood swings!
