Never heard of a shotgun bayonet.

That would make for a formidable weapon!

I have some \"display\" pieces...

really just art for the wall. If you go to the coast here, you can find shops that sell imitations that are either realistic looking or plain fantasy. Either way, they\'re not that expensive. But I\'m trying not to get TOO into that, simply because I have other expensive hobbies that involve metal...lollol

I have a long sword, a heavy rapier, another sword I\'m not sure what style it is, definitely more longsword, with a Russian or Turkish feel to it. (What do I know about this stuff?) And I have a flail I bought at a Christmas bazaar. \"How bizarre\" you\'re thinking, right? Yeah, you can find these guys selling this stuff almost anywhere.

One for me

I\'ve got one real sword, and one practice sword.

My practice sword is a black hardwood boken, of the ninja-to variety.

My real sword is a sharp, fully functional (not that I\'ve ever had to use it, thankfully) ninja-to.

And, before anyone asks, yes, I know how to use it. (Well, mostly, it\'s been about 10 years since I\'ve done any training, since I can\'t find a ninjutsu dojo nearby... :( )

i used to fence, like sword fight so i have that sword somewhere, its a foil so its more like a stick of metal with a spongy tip. but its still technically a sword.:p

Wimpy....like a fox!

Hey, if being wimpy means not being bludgeoned by a testosterone and red bull fueled nerd wielding a sharp and pointy object, then I embrace the title with much enthusiasm.. :D

no, live steel is BAD for sparing. We use boken and shinai over here. While I prefer the boken because the pain causes somewhat of a real fear of getting hit.. the ones of the more \"gentle\" persuasion have since forced me to use shinai.

Although, my sparring buddies are convinced I am a masochist.

[edit]forgive the spelling I am about to leave for work. I think I corrected it.. gotta go.[/edit]
