Do you know anyone who deserves some help with painting supplies?

As the title suggests, I'm looking for someone who could do with and deserves a free set of paints. Nominate someone you know who loves mini painting and needs these supplies rather than someone who just wants them for the sake of having them. All I'd ask for is at least part postage if full postage is not an option for them. Having said this it would probably be more ideal to post to someone in my own country of Australia but this is optional.
Yesterday I had a friend post me two of the large sets of Vallejo paints for free. I can't remember if they are Model Colour Air or Game Colour Air. Unfortunately he sent two of the same 72 bottle cases. I've been sent about eight of the eight bottle sets for leather and wood etc. and the Maelific paint sets however I'm not sure if I've been sent doubles of these too.

I could sell the doubles to the local hobby shop really cheap but I'd rather pass my good fortune on.

I know none and my suggestion is less visible online but:
give it to someone who starts the hobby and lives near you (visits same FLGS) or if there is a club/community near you, to them.

Thanks Maxx. I've decided to get online in the hope that I can find a home for these paints because many of the clubs etc. that used to be in my area have closed up. All but one shop for supplies has closed too as everyone has gone online. I guess I could give the set to the owner as he'd know most of his customers well enough to give it to the right person. Especially if it's a younger painter who relies on mum and dad for paints etc. and knows they want to stick with painting minis that's ok. The offer is in no way a scam. I just can't use two sets of the same paints.
