Do you know PENTEL Poster Colore acrylique paint?

hi,
Somebody knows about the PENTEL Poster Color acrylique paint?
i bought that at Taiwan (very cheap)
but i dont know if this paint is good or not.
And i see nothing about that on internet too.
im afraid to test on one mini....
And how to see if its good paint or not?

Try it and see, it's the best way! And it's only one mini, so no huge loss if you run into trouble.

'Good paint' is very much a judgement thing - different people have different opinions on the quality of the same paints due to individual preferences, likes and dislikes. The first thing I'd look at is if it brushes out smoothly when diluted, then check to make sure it's waterproof when dry. If you want to go further you could do some lightfastness testing but most people don't feel the need.
