You may want to leave this as a memory but...
I know you can delete your own posts quite easily and I have done so myself many times. I don\'t know however if you can delete the first post in a thread and whether that will take subsequent responses with it.

The Hobbit.. it\'s about Bilbo\'s (Frodo\'s uncle) adventures where he finds the ring.

Yes I would like to see the Hobbit in a live action big budgeted thing along the lines of the LOTR films.
But also I\'d like to see:
Any of the Flashman books made into a big budget film or
The Adventures of Brigadier Gerard - by Arthur Conan Doyle - these are great and funny stories set in the Napoleonic Wars about a bumpbling but pompous general in Napoleon\'s army. Kind of a predecessor to ol Flashy.
There was to be a Biggles Flies North movie that seemd to have disappeared but a rip roaring adventure film featuring Biggles and Ginger would be cool.
Lastly, The Jeffersons Meet The Mummy. Cmon!! it would be great! A wisecrackin\' Florence going toe to toe with Amenhotep!
