Does Anyone Know How the Emperors Storm Space Marines Were Painted?

Hi.
With the Eye of Terror campaign coming up I decided to paint up a new space marine chapter and when searching for a suitable colour scheme I found Joe Hills amazing Emperors Storm space marines that won Bronze in the UK Open Competition. But does anyone have a clue as to how they were painted I\'ve had a try and it is near impossible.
PLEASE HELP ME??????

Have you tried searching in Google or something similar for some pictures you could reference and maybe even Joe\'s email address itself?

A lot of painters have websites to show their work to the public and it might work. When I saw the title I rushed to the bookcase to leaf through all the White Dwarf and the Space Marine Collectors Guides (both editions) but didn\'t notice anything (because I didn\'t know what I was looking for, so I ignored the GD-related issues).
