Does shutting off an NCU's ability also effect Jaqen?

If I shut off Melisandre, and Jaqen copies their influence, does Intrigue & Subterfuge effect both the NCU and Jaqen? The ultimate question is... Can Jaqen copy the influence of an NCU that was turned off by Olenna or Intrigue?

"If I have Olenna, and my opponent is running Melisandre / Jaqen, and I use Olenna to shut off Mel, Mel no longer has an influence to copy for Jaqen"

The listed effects don't "shut off" Influence Abilities, they state the unit loses all Abilities until X. This might seem minor but it is an important distinction.

Secondly, it depends on the order in which the units in question were affected. If an NCU lost all Abilities then there is nothing for Jaqen to copy; the unit has no Abilities. If Jaqen copied a unit and then that unit later lost its Abilities it wouldn't affect Jaqen in any fashion, as he isn't "continuously checking" the NCU's Ability: He copied it until the end of the Round and that was as far as his continued interaction with that NCU went.
