Well, If I could become good enough to "display" that would be fun .... I dont game much, so painting as good as possible is my goal.

tip #1 if you keep making effort to improve, then you'll get result according to the effort

#2 keep an eye on the forum there's alot of info and inspiration to be found here

#3 theres a few video out there, from pros that teach us most of the basic and advanced techiques. I've learned much from Jérémie Bonamant Teboul vid http://www.jeremiebt.com/pages/page.php?page=jbt_interview_dvd&lang=uk

#4 wet pallette , some good brush , and a good magnifying lamp are all tools i would'nt live with out. About the lamp... i bought a few , any thing under 100$ cad broke in less than 3-4 month. better to get a good solid one that last a long time. make sure the clip that secure it to the table is made of metal.

#5 it take a while to become a good a painter, if you expect to much of your self, it might cause frustration leading you to quit. So patience is your best tool
