Drune Archers

Nice one Gerrie...

I gave them an 8.

They are not amongst the best of Rackham sculpts, but the detail does compensate somewhat. The problem I always have with archers however, is that unstrung bows look daft and most attempts to string them look contrived.

Solve this problem and the masses will beat a pathway to your door:D

I reckon you need even closer shots to do your paint work justice:)
The detail is miniscule and they are painted perfectly. I gave \'em an 8:D

such a cool color scheme...

I like them and gave em a solid 8.

The bowstring problem is particularly troublesome for minis that have the bow \'drawn\'. Lets say you go ahead and string the bows, but since its drawn, do you put the arrow in as well???

I tend to notice the unstrung bows more when the bow is in its released position.

I wanted to string the bows, but the main problem was that the tips of the bows didn\'t make a straight line to the hands. Usually the head was in the way...

Thanks everyone for the votes and comments so far!

I like the color scheme, and the black parts and the NMM are very nice. The figures really \"pop\" out at you. The only thing I am not sure I like is the pinkish look of the arm torques.
