Dune: BfA card clarification

A player drew the Fremen “Death Commandos” card. It says to replace to elite units with a Fedahin, then move (if I recall correctly).

Question— is the card meaning any two elite, including the Harkonnen player’s units, or only the Atredes elite unites?

From design team:
Pretty sure it’s only Atreides Units. Mixing factions would not work.
