I don\'t care much for the sculpt, but the painting holds up very well even at such extreme magnification. Given its a dwarf, I\'m guessing that freehand is about 5mm high, if so it is extremely well executed.

Just that an 8 score is still on my \'set yourself a painting goal\' list.

I think it would have helped if you\'d paid a little more attention to those silver dots on the armour.
And the eyes aren\'t symmetrical, you know how important expressions are...maybe that would help to get an 8.

Hrrm, I thought I had gotten the eyes pretty well on that one.

I do see the point on the armor studs...some of them look a little sloppy.

I like dwarfs too (though perhaps not as much as Grumbold)!

I left a comment on the mini and gave it an 8. In all honesty, I think it\'s more of a 7.0 to 7.5 mini, but I figured I should round up rather than down.
