[Doctor Doom]

I was inspired by a friend\'s WIP Dwarf, so I decided to try the same model for myself.

I\'m pretty happy with how the skin has started out. There are a few things I want to fix up, but other than that, it\'s done.

If anyone has any good methods for painting metallic gold, please share. It\'s one thing I\'ve never really done well. I haven\'t done it enough to have a good idea of how to improve, either.

Otherwise, comments on the skin are appreciated.

For the skin I\'d go with some more shading if I where you, some light washes of red on the cheeks could be beneficial too.

As for the gold, you should have a look at JRN\'s website, he does some amazing metalics and has a tutorial up.

I\'ve workied on him a bit, and here are the results. The metal is still WIP.

Thank you very much for the advice, frnechkid. I\'d say it has paid off on the skin. The tutorial has also given me an idea of what to do for the gold. Once I work on it some more I hope to have some good results.
