convernting dwarfs how hard can it be or what i should ask how hard will it be?

Chopping off an arm; easy

Sculpting one from scratch using only one arm and one eye closed whilst covered in a beard of bees - Quite hard

depends on ur skill with green i would think.because there so small ul cut though a lot of detail wen removing arms n such.but id say go for it mate if dosent turn out how u would like just do more till it doe,s u can only improve from pushing urself good luck

Dwarfs are good and bad for convertig..
bad because most of the models (I\'m assuming GW) don\'t have any clearanvce between arm and body so repositioning arms and the like can cause for some fairly hefty cutting cleaning and rebuilding...

good because..
The arms and features are all fairly chunky and easier to replicate than more human proportioned stuff. models..

beards and stuff are great for hiding messy joind behind..:beer:

and you can\'t really go wrong trying to improve the current GW line..lol

Btw (back on topic) its worth checking out the avatars of war dwarf\'s they are very nice and may save you the need to convert.

Gamezone probably do some as well. although using either of these options means you cant use them in GW stores/tournaments.
